Polychrome wooden mask in the form of two heads, the front and back with two differently shaped faces, one with elaborate hairdo, both with a hornlike ornament surmounted by two similar, smaller faces. Several drill holes and piercings, probably to attach a mount or elaborate textile decoration. Slightly bumped, partially with small cracks and losses. On square wooden base.
