Ca. 7th-6th century BC. A gold ring made of gleaming gold, expertly crafted into a D-shaped shank that fits snugly and comfortably around the finger. At the center of the ring sits a beautifully carved rock crystal scaraboid, which is mounted on a swivel mechanism that allows it to rotate within its setting.
