说明：拍品唇口，深弧腹至底渐收，形制硕大，器身通体施白釉，上以粉彩绘百鸟朝凤图，画面中一凤翱翔，一凰婀娜多姿的站立于突兀的岩石之上，旁衬以牡丹等花卉纹。四周群鸟飞翔围绕，绶带、孔雀、仙鹤、春燕、黄莺等飞翔、穿梭于梧桐、月季、菊花之间，构图疏密得当，设色鲜丽典雅，绘画生动传神，气氛热烈，装饰效果极强。 凤为传说中的百鸟之王，乃古之吉兆。凤凰又象征明君威德，为百鸟之长，百鸟喻指君臣，具有君臣有序，江山社稷太平祥瑞之意。此缸主题鲜明，繁而不乱，器形硕大，不可多得。 参阅： 1.美国亚洲艺术博物馆藏，五彩荷塘白鹭鱼缸（原旧金山美术馆藏），编号1995.51（附图1）。 2.上海博物馆藏清康熙五彩百鸟朝凤图盘（附图2）。
