此壶式为“文旦”别种，广口阔底，截盖自盖沿至壶体，圆弧曲线过渡自然，壶身重心放低，敦厚圆融。漏斗嘴，磨菇钮，耳形，造工讲究，气韵混成。这种文旦的变体，殊实罕见。此类广口设计壶式，应为便宜冲泡茶水设计的。壶底有行书诗句，落款“大彬”，书法轻松自然，布局结体皆可称妙。
