翎管为清代官吏礼帽上用来固定翎子之用，极富时代特色。
此翎管以白料器琢磨而成，呈柱形，顶端一环形正中穿孔，管内中空，切磨规整，质地白皙，长约两寸，小巧玲珑，应非实用之物，只是作为赏赐臣工、欣赏把玩之用。料仿羊脂白玉的工艺，在当时比羊脂白玉都要稀少名贵。
