董欣宾，(1939年—2002年)中国画学科奠基人，继傅抱石之后开创江苏画派新面貌，是具有流派开创性的一代大家。1945年拜无锡书法家张云耕为师学习书法，1953年拜名家秦古柳为师学习传统中国画，1979年考入南京艺术学院，成为刘海粟院长的山水画研究生。1982年进入江苏省国画院从事艺术创作，并任理论工作室主任。国家一级美术师，曾任中国文化部对外艺术展览中心艺术顾问。先后在中国美术馆、中央美术学院、江苏省美术馆、南京艺术学院举办个人画展，多次参加国家级、世界级大型艺术展览。
