本品敞口，深弧腹，圈足。通体以青花为饰，碗心绘山水纹饰。外壁身绘八仙祝寿图，衬以苍松翠柏，巨石巉岩，南极仙翁端坐飞鹤之上，八仙道骨仙风，神态各异，或仰面作揖，或手持法器，各显其能，人物形象生动邈然，笔触熟练流畅，纯熟自然。整器青花发色纯正，绘笔流畅，深、浅晕染，明暗秩序，层次分明，极为精美。
