满维起（1954年--2023年6月12日），出生于天津市，毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系中国画专业。曾任中国水墨画院院长、中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师、硕士生导师、原中国艺术研究院中国画院常务副院长，文化部评委；作品曾参加全国第八届、第九届、第十届、第十一届全国美展，并两届获奖；先后参加百年中国画展，黄宾虹学术奖展等国内重大展览；1997被中国文联评为中国画百杰；诸多作品被中国美术馆、博物馆等机构收藏。
