慕凌飞（1913.5－1997.12），男，汉族，名倩，字凌飞，别名慕泉淙，以字行，别署虎翁，斋名云起楼。生于山东省烟台市龙口市，早年毕业于上海民治学校。擅山水、人物、花鸟、走兽、敦煌佛释等，笔墨细腻清润，讲究法度，追求意境。山水以金碧、泼墨泼彩见长，尤擅画虎，所作形神兼备，气势动人。曾任天津市政协第八、九届政协委员，1992年获得***颁发的荣誉证书，享受政府特殊津贴。中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会天津分会会员，重庆诗书画学院顾问，天津市文史研究馆馆员。
