此尊造像发髻高束,头戴五叶宝冠,额头宽阔,柳眉细目,双目微闭,慈爱端庄气质高雅。上半身袒露,配饰项圈与连珠璎珞、钏镯,披帛绕臂而下,更显高贵典雅。下半身着长裙,衣纹线条利落,寥寥数笔将褶皱及衣饰轮廓尽显。整体自然流畅,衣裙贴体,细节写实,足见工匠技艺之精湛。观音右腿横盘,左脚上抬踏于座面,左手施法印,右手手捧莲花,呈无拘无束的自在妙像。观音菩萨全称“观世音菩萨”又称“观自在菩萨”救苦度厄,大慈大悲。此件造像,选材精到,雕刻细腻,形象生动,面相丰满,神态庄肃,身姿优雅,有凝神静心之效,实乃收藏佳品。
