大清宫廷都察院令牌，由都察院特制，都察院是明清官署名，由前代的御史台发展而来，是明清非常重要的官署。此田黄令牌长方形倭角，正面满工减地浮雕刻龙纹，背面上阴刻"大清宫廷都察院特制"，中间阴刻一个"令"字。令牌使用上等田黄为材，质地非常细腻，如婴儿肤，手持之有滑落感，“温润凝结，晶莹剔透”，具有上等田黄必备之特征，令牌材质结构细腻，内质脂密有光泽，温润无火气，如露珠般温润欲滴，色泽纯正，半通透无杂质，雕工精湛上乘、石质温润，油性好，萝卜纹清晰呈现，红血丝布满，自然氧化包浆蜡质感强烈。
