清铜鎏金藏传密宗四臂观音佛像，一面四臂，正面二手合掌，掌中持果或宝珠，上方右手持念珠，左手持花。四臂观音是藏传佛教中的守护神，象征着大悲、大智、大力，与文殊菩萨、金刚手菩萨合称三族姓尊。其形象特征包括头戴五佛冠，发黑色结髻，身颜洁白如月，黑发结顶髻，着大环耳饰、项饰、胸饰、手镯、脚钏等珠宝八饰。面相丰满，柳叶细眉微微弯曲，双目微闭，自然下视，小口紧闭，表情呈慈悲像。主臂两手于胸前结合掌印，捧摩尼宝珠；另外两手之右手持水晶念珠，左手拈八瓣白莲花，以菩萨慧眼凝视众生，凡被其观者尽得解脱。其衣纹繁复流畅，富于动感，且胸前四层璎珞、臂钏等串珠纹均圆润、流畅、饱满，这都是永乐造像的典型特点。
