此品即为清代仿明宣德炉之佳作，其造型规整古朴，口沿平滑，束颈鼓腹，下承三乳钉足，腹身出双耳，双耳圆巧可爱，微出戟带翼，下带柱头，古朴巧妙。底心方框内减地阳文刻“大明宣德年制”六字楷书款。 整器铜色细腻均匀，光滑如玉者，其上有铜色斑驳小巧细腻，如繁星点点，又如金雨淋淋，甚是巧妙，独具意蕴。炉身那层端丽容穆、浑然天成的色皮，将宝石般的锋芒内敛，呈现如玉般温润的光泽，色彩变化多端，故而颇具观赏把玩之价值。
