乾隆年制款。铜胎画珐琅是北京市著名的地方传统工艺品之一。以红铜制胎，后在胎土敷一层白釉，烧结后用釉色彩绘，经二三次填彩、修正后再烧结、镀金、磨光而成。此件笔筒腹部做开光装饰，内绘人物故事，颇具西洋风格。整器珐琅料颜色纯正，绘画功力深厚，少见的铜胎画珐琅制品。
