|此尊为弥勒佛的大肚比丘像，鼻宽嘴阔，弯眉细目，相容喜悦，尽显逍遥自在之本色。|弥勒袒胸露腹，曲盘右腿舒坐，身披袈裟，左手扶膝持念珠一串，右手紧握乾坤袋，也有人称此袋为百宝袋，有送财的功能。|大肚弥勒佛是中国民间普遍信奉、广为流传的佛，常见形象为大肚子，袒胸露怀，满面的笑容颇具感染力，豁达的胸襟跃然而出，观之身心愉悦，诚如古人所言：“大肚能容，容天下难容之事；开怀一笑，笑世间可笑之人”。此尊造像铜质上乘，包浆老道，宝相庄严，制作工艺精巧，尤其是衣褶与纹饰的处理具有较强的艺术效果，殊为珍贵。
