入元以后，随着尼泊尔艺术家将尼泊尔艺术带到中原，西藏本土的风格也传入了内地。内地独有的审美情趣和表现手法，与根植西藏百年的尼泊尔风格共同对汉地藏传佛教造像产生影响，由此产生了元宫廷、元大都风格的造像。此尊头束高发髻，五叶冠硕大而华美。面庞方正，五官端正，容貌俊逸。上身胸前佩戴网状璎珞，帔帛绕两臂自然垂于身侧。双手于胸前结说法印，两肩上饰有宝珠等法器。下身着宽松长裙，双腿结跏趺坐。莲座莲瓣宽平肥大，做工古拙。整像人物造型尚带有汉地艺术的特色，但细节又突出藏地造像的偏好，与已知的元大都风格造像十分近似，具有极高的艺术价值。
