南宋以后青白瓷的承台，渐变得很高，其原因是与当时流行的茗茶风俗有关。本品器型简洁，是宋代时期的产品。同类型的茶盏与景德镇银坑坞窑址，釉色亦与本品接近（见《景德镇出土陶瓷》目48）来源：英国藏家私藏参阅：相似藏品见于伦敦维多利亚阿尔伯特博物馆，编号C.490A-1918.
