|精选黄花梨为材，桌面以标准格角榫打槽平镶一木对剖面心板，纹路对称。边抹混面，连接桌面边框的双混面垛边两端相接裹腿做接合瓜棱腿腿足，罗锅枨亦作圆材以相同作法与腿足结合。垛边与罗锅枨之间栽入如意纹卡子花分隔空间。这种设计受竹制或藤编家具影响，以珍贵木材仿制一般到处可见的竹材家具，用料奢华，工艺极尽精湛考究，充分反映了文人内敛不求外炼的心态。其匠心，倍添装饰效果之余，更令人修思悟定，趣意怡然。||参阅：王世襄，《明式家具研究》图版卷乙1，三联书店（香港）有限公司，1989年，第62页
