A silver-gilt ring brooch with four rectangular appliqué panels, each with radiating bars to the upper face; round-section pin with thistle-head detail. 5.59 grams, 42mm (1 3/4"). Ex Horton collection; formerly the property of a Suffolk, UK, collector; acquired in the 1950s-1980s; thence by descent. Very fine condition.
