A bronze ring with broad D-section hoop, sheet gold collar to the bezel with inset haematite(?) cloison, low-relief image of a standing warrior with billowing cloak and lentoid shield preparing to strike an attacking boar with a falx or short sword. 35.42 grams, 31.17mm overall, 20.58x17.26mm internal diameter (approximate size British N, USA 6 3/4, Europe 14.00, Japan 13) (1 1/4").
