A spelter statuette in the form of Joan of Arc standing with right foot forward, hands crossed above the chest, head bowed; wearing boots, a pleated skirt and breast plate, to the right side a tree trunk on which rests a pair of gloved and a helmet; inscription to the base reading JEANNE D'ARC. 250.5 grams, 11cm (4"). Property of a gentleman; acquired in the 1970s. Fine condition.
