A bronze desk seal formed as six radiating classical masks alternating bearded and clean-shaven on a tiered base with numeral '[66]34', arms of the town of Cusset and surrounding legend 'P. J. Monvoisin No.RY A Vichy Tr.de Paix de Cusset (Allier)'. 130 grams, 63mm (2 1/2"). Property of a gentleman; acquired in the 1970s. The history of the town of Cusset notes under 1865 (25 juin) that Le président est alors Maître Monvoisin, notaire de 1861 à 1889 (The president [of the town] is then Master Monvoison, notary from 1861 to 1869 ...").
