此尊为紫檀为材，螺发规整，塔形肉髻，宝珠顶严。面庞丰圆，弯眉与鼻胫相连，眼睑下垂似俯视众生。身着袒右肩袈裟，采用印度萨尔那特式表现手法，仅在衣缘处刻划连珠纹，其间錾刻纹饰。左手置脐前结禅定印，右手抚膝，掌心向内作触地印，金刚双跏趺端坐。台座莲瓣圆润饱满，给人厚重敦实之感。
