观音通体以紫檀圆雕而成，呈立姿，头戴五花宝冠，发髻高耸，眉目和善，上身赤裸，有项饰璎珞，左手于胸前结说法印，右手向下自然伸展作施无畏印。腰肢扭转，一手持莲枝，蜿蜒至身侧。立像后有火焰型背光，造像整体具有尼泊尔风格，为藏传佛教中的典型造像。
