长37cm；宽20.6cm；高14cm
长方盒黄花梨制成，包浆厚重，雕饰风华自然，有水乳交融之感。盒顶面铲地浮雕牡丹花，枝叶扶疏，有双凤一栖一飞，穿行其间，四角装如意云纹铜活。正面为对称的凤凰花卉纹，圆形铜面叶，如意形拍子。侧面、背面雕饰花卉纹。此盒铜活的安装方面值得注意，在雕刻时便在相应位置留出平台，作安装铜饰件之用，显然是有意设计。凤穿牡丹是传统图案中常见者，象征夫妇和谐，世世富贵，此盒或为大户人家女眷用以装珠宝首饰者。
