镜台以黄花梨制者较多，紫檀尚保持明式者甚为少见。五屏式，下附一周栏杆。背屏甚高，往两端渐渐低。搭脑中间拱起，两端雕为回首的龙纹。屏心透雕旭日高升，彩云弥漫，双凤盘旋飞舞。两侧屏心透雕螭龙纹，栏杆则做望柱，顶上石榴头式，栏板透雕行龙，下设壸门牙板。此镜台围屏、栏杆雕刻工艺甚为精湛，玲珑剔透，层次丰富。镜台底座亦佳，对设长条状门，其上为平底起凸式浮雕双螭纹，身躯曲折蔓延若云霞飞舞，神态甚佳，立体感极强。底座下承壸门牙板，浮雕曲卷自然的卷草纹，三弯腿足，末端卷珠状。
