蓝色素缎底面，其上以平金针法满绣莲花，花头周边装饰有翻卷的藤蔓，相互缠绕，向四方蔓延生长。缠枝莲又名“万寿藤”，寓意吉庆。因其结构连绵不断，故又具“生生不息”之意。此件所绣缠枝莲以藤蔓卷草纹提炼变化而成，委婉多姿，富有动感，灵巧生动。参阅：台北故宫博物院《刺绣》44页，图12。来源：海外藏家。
