Pair of Hollywood Regency gilt over metal and glass side tables or two used side by side for a coffee table. The removable glass tops are square with large rounded corners to soften. Both in excellent condition with no scratches,etc from C.1950. The gilt wheat sheaf bases are tied with three rows of small rope design gilt for additional interest.Top portion of each individual wheat stalk and leaves seen beneath the glass are highly detailed and raised in design as opposed to a stamped on motif. The glass tops actually rest on three larger diameter gilt arms worked into the design for stability. Both in excellent condition. Glass is clear as seen, the No. 2 photo shows reflection of wall paper in the glass tops.Will ship via blanket wrap with as reasonable pricing as possible.Measure 19.5 X 25 X 25 each.
