天然东陵玉石，整器为葫芦形摆件，用料足，器型较大，瓶颈两旁高浮雕兽面衔环耳，瓶周身浅浮雕一圈缠枝莲花卉图样，雕琢工艺精湛，技法娴熟，刻画生动形象，缠枝纹又名"万寿藤"，寓意吉庆。因其结构连绵不断，故又具"生生不息"之意。是以一种藤蔓卷草经提炼变化而成，委婉多姿，富有动感，优美生动。缠枝纹约起源于汉代，盛行于南北朝、隋唐、宋元和明清。多用作于皇家官窑纹饰图案，此瓶可插几只花卉置于条案及书房案桌，意境悠然，古朴典雅。
