A bronze oil lamp with rounded underside, lentoid body with bracket forming the nose flanked by two scaphoid eyes shared by a bearded face with filler hole to the mouth and a youthful face extending to a volute nozzle; pierced flange with chain. 278 grams, 38cm (15"). Property of a private collector; acquired before 1975.
