Made in the early 20th century this bowl has a white under- glaze with an over-glaze illustration done in the famille rose style. This illustration is located on the front of the body and depicts flowers, butterflies and stones. All are colored realistically, have black detailing and sit against a white ground. The back-side of the bowl has black writing. It’s foot has been left white and has a teal underside with a red marking in the center. The interior of the bowl has also been glazed teal. The rim is painted in gold. D:5.7 X 2.7 in (14.3 X 6.8 cm) Condition: Appears to be in excellent condition with no signs of restoration or damage evident.
