Robert Morris signed loan note, Joseph Hopkinson 1795 Robert Morris (1734-1806), signer of the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, and the United States Constitution. Known as the "Financier of the Revolution". This document signed on the reverse by Joseph Hopkinson (1770 - 1842), lends further insight into the financial woes of Morris in his later career.
