Gold pendant comprising a rectangular plaque decorated with a corded filigree border; four applied spherical studs are placed in each of the inner corners of the filigree borders and a central stud surrounded by an additional filigree cord is placed in the centre of the piece; the plaque is suspended by a round suspension loop. This beautiful piece probably once belonged to a Roman noblewoman.
