Edwin Henry Boddington (1836-1905) A river landscape at sunset signed 'Boddington' and indistinctly dated l.r., oil on canvas 46.5 x 81.5cm Condition report: Oil on canvas which has been lined. The paint layer is stable overall and the canvas is in plane. There are areas of overpaint across the surface which are fairly well matched to the original. The varnish is yellowed, glossy and even with a thick layer of surface dirt.
