Ancient Chinese Bronze Tri-Halberd Spear Top - This spectacular piece is an ancient Chinese bronze tri-halberd. The halberd was an ancient weapon that was a combination of a spear and a grappler. These were typically used by soldiers on horseback, and they could spear the attacker or use the grappling hook to pull the rider off of their horse. This halberd is extra rare, as it also has an axe tip on the opposite side of the grappling hook. The piece is decorated on the side of the axe with a stylized dragon's face, and is in stunning, museum quality condition. The piece measures 12"L x 8.5"W x 1" thick (at the widest point).
