Ancient Chinese White Mutton Phat Jade & Bronze Presentation Staff Handle W/Incised Dragon Details & Auspiscious Characters in High Relief - This stunning, museum quality piece is an ancient Chinese presentation staff handle. This piece was gifted to the Nguyen family by a high ranking, Chinese Government official. The handle itself is made of bronze, and is cast with auspiscious characters in high relief. The top of the handle has an inset, white mutton phat jade medallion and two "hooks" on either side of the handle that are also solid white mutton phat jade and are decorated with incised dragon details. The piece measures 10.5"L x 6.5"W, and the handle measures 1" thick (at the widest point).
