此尊上师像形神生动逼真，发髻向前突出，形成尖形，双目大而富有严慈之感，脸庞圆润，神态慈祥而睿智。躯体端正挺直，身着袒右肩式袈裟，衣纹褶皱写实生动，线条流畅柔美，袈裟及莲座之上图案皆为描金绘饰，大朵莲花纹铺满，辅以卷草纹作为填充。整件作品工艺精湛，线条刚劲饱满，为典型清代受藏地佛教美术所影响的木雕作品。
