钤印：梅花水部一官闲 备注：青云阁花笺，一通两叶全 作者：何乃莹（1856-1912）字润夫，一字梅叟，号鲁孙，山西灵石人。光绪六年进士，选翰林院庶吉士，散馆改工部都水司主事，升营膳司员外郎。后任山东道监察御史、侍读学士、奉天府丞兼学政、顺天府尹等，官至都察院左都御史。有《灵樵仙馆诗草》。 上款人：祁师曾（1870-？）字景颐，改名颂威，字君㐆，民国后复改名景颐，山西寿阳人。祁寯藻曾孙，祁世长孙，李鸿藻外孙，祁友慎长子。由一品荫生赏以员外郎即补，曾任兵部武选司行走、刑部四川司员外郎、山东补用知府，入山东巡抚杨士骧幕。入民国任众议院议员，谙熟掌故，著有《䜯谷亭随笔》等。
