The top inlaid with squares of decoratively figured veneers framed by satinwood cross-banding outlined in ebony & boxwood stringing. The frieze housing a sandalwood lined drawer with craftman's name inscribed in pencil to the underside, and an inlaid navette key hole surround, above a fabric trough drawer clad in pleated silk.
