狮耳炉，宣德时为兵部用器，威猛霸气，故其耳以狮首为饰，取其威猛之意。此炉薄壁大膛，气势昂扬，炉平口微侈，薄壁大膛，气势昂扬，束颈，垂鼓腹，外撇状圈足。炉身两侧塑狮首耳，立体突兀。狮首高额大鼻，卷眉鼓目，大口微张，毛发细密盘曲，气势威武，有威震四夷之像。炉底微弧，中央开框工整，内铸“大明宣德年制”楷书款，内膛干净光滑，整体皮壳呈熟栗色，古味十足，更显秀雅。
