拍品以葫芦瑞果为形，造型饱满，线条圆润。其上以模印为饰，上腹凸饰瑞芝仙草，居中以绶带勾勒，下腹近足处饰一周莲瓣纹。整器外壁匀施宜钧釉，色泽灰蓝，沉静古雅，此类釉色颇得日本人喜爱，称之“海鼠釉”。北京故宫博物院清宫旧藏有明代宜钧釉葫芦瓶，其形制、釉色与拍品相类，可资参阅。
