拍品敞口，浅弧腹，圈足。外壁施胭脂红釉，釉面明净透润，色泽妍丽娇柔，内施白釉，盘心以粉彩绘灵芝纹，色彩亮丽，线条婉转流畅，轻灵曼妙，极具韵律。足内施白釉，青花双圈内书「大清雍正年制」 六字三行楷书款。
此盘为雍正时期瓷器的经典品种。外壁所施胭脂水釉为康熙晚期创烧，流行于雍正朝。《明清瓷器鉴定》载：「一般常于器物外壁满吹此釉（胭脂水釉），器内白里无纹，或绘粉彩或珐琅彩人物（仕女. 婴戏）. 西洋的景致和妇女，或绘枝果与花生等……均为景德镇所制。」本品即属此类。
