此盘侈口，直足，盘内底白珐琅为底，外壁黄珐琅为底；盘内绘仕女骑鹿图，一仕女手握仙草，悠然侧坐于一头鹿上，边上有七个仆从跟随，游隙于小溪边，配以松石背景，画面恬淡温馨。外壁绘海水火云纹，期间红料绘四头云龙赶珠图，翻江倒海，气势磅礴。
盘底中央以蓝料绘团凤纹为款，高贵雍容，人物描写精准，活灵活现，珐琅面流畅平滑，体现了雍正时期高超的艺术水准。
