炉仿青铜鼎式形制，由炉盖与炉体两部分组成，盖面精作镂空万字纹地，中央置太平有象为钮。肩起双朝冠耳，双耳挺拔，鼓腹下垂，下承三蹄足，张弛有力，势如泰山，饱满圆润，可见匠心。炉体直口外侈，微束颈，弧腹深峻。口沿减地浮雕缠枝莲纹，精作夔龙纹饰，鎏金点缀，雍容华贵。整器铜质精纯，胎体厚重，工艺考究，线条流畅，一丝不苟，金水肥厚，丰腴莹润，极富清宫御用之风貌。
