炉呈簋式，厚重沉稳，平口外侈，微束颈，溜肩，垂腹圆鼓，腹下渐收至圈足，圈足落位扎实，简明精到。两侧塑象首耳，扇耳外翻，粗眉杏目，炯炯有神，獠牙斜出上翘，象鼻圆润莹泽，愈显挺拔刚毅，精神矍铄，蕴“太平有象”之吉寓。器底开框，镌铸「晨兴半柱茗香」落款，框底平整，线条规矩，劲挺深峻。整器铜质精纯，压手感重，蜡茶古色，观之即感静而不嚣，庄重沉稳，铸造精道，非一般匠手所能为。
