A superb, carved Chinese jade lidded censer. Of rounded bulbous deep vessel body, raised on three cabriole low legs. The shoulder gently tappered on to banded rim, supporting the domed lid crowned with simply flaring bud finial. Three resting dogs carved out from the dome lid radiating the finial. Two open-works carved Lingzhi fungus and its gnarled stem emerged from the shouder, balanced with other two swastika symbols and branching ruyi on the other directions. The bulbous belly and lids are finely polished, revealled the jade superb color and quality, the design are simple, yet elegant. This superb jade lidded censer conformed all required specimen to be high valued Chinese jade wares, with finest material, the whiteness, the cleanness, the color, the shape, design, and distinct.
