A Chinese famille rose diamond vase dating from the Republic period. Two of the sides are decorated with flowers. The other two sides feature inscription; one side has a four-character inscription, along with a longer inscription with one seal, while the other side has a 10-character archaic inscription, a longer script inscription, and a seal. The bottom of the vase has a 6-character mark. Dimensions are: 5 inches tall X 3 1/2 inches long X 2 1/4 inches wide, 12.7 cm X 8.9 cm X 5.7 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The bottom of the vase has significant abrasions. Firing cracks present to the foot and mouth. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
