A Chinese rectangular metal base with cloisonne decoration dating from the 18th century. The lowest register and the feet are incised with lotus tracery. The middle, waisted registers feature cloisonne petal bands on a blue ground. Dimensions are: 2 inches tall X 5 inches long X 3 1/2 inches wide, 5.1 cm X 12.7 cm X 8.9 cm. Weight: 642 grams. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Age appropriate wear. Areas of loss and repair to enamel throughout. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
