A Chinese rectangular bronze incense burner dating from the 18th century. It comes with a wooden stand and a wooden lid, which has a jade finial carved in the shape of lingzhi. Each side of the censer features incised frames of Greek key decoration. The two shorter sides have beast head handles holding rings. The bottom of the censer has a 6-character mark. Dimensions are: 2 3/4 inches tall X 5 1/2 inches long X 4 1/4 inches wide, 7 cm X 14 cm X 10.8 cm. Weight: 900 grams. All measurements are approximate. Condition: A coating has been applied to the exterior of the incense burner. Use wear. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
