侯长春 1930年生。别名侯季彦。1953年毕业于北京师范大学工艺系，从卫天霖学习西画。历任中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会理事、北京工笔重彩画会副会长、《水浒》研究会理事。作品多次在国内外展出。代表作有《水浒人物》、《画龙点睛》、《祝寿图》。《水浒人物》全部为北京美术家协会收藏。
Hou Changchun, also known as Hou Jiyan, was born in 1930. Hou graduated from Department of Technology of Beijing Normal University in 1953 and then studied western painting from Wei Tianlin. He served as a member of China Artists Association, Director of Beijing Artists Association, Vice President of Beijing Fine Brushwork Painting Society and Society of Research on Water Margin. His works include Characters of Water Margin, Adding Eyes to a Dragon, Birthday Celebration, many of which were exhibited at home and abroad and some of which have even been collected by Beijing Artists Association.
